Summer Hours and Events at Bacaro Kitchen & Wine Bar
Summer greetings to all of our friends of Bacaro! Below are dates and highlights of what we will be doing over the summer, starting with a tasting of wines from the Adriatic coast. We will be closing the restaurant during the week of the 4th of July, as we do every year. This allows our staff a vacation break during a slow period!
Also, don’t forget that we are open for lunch Tuesday through Friday!

Join us for a tasting of wines from the eastern Italian, Slovenian and Croatian coasts. Light presentation to discuss each wine, accompanied by small bites from Chef Guilly.
Wine Dinner – Wines of the Adriatic Coast
6:00 PM | Thursday, June 25th
$125++ per person
Light presentation to discuss each wine, accompanied by a 5-course, small plate dinner. Each wine will be paired with traditionally styled dishes from the region for a great summer menu! Full menu will follow and be posted on the website, OpenTable and social media.

Tour De France Wines
Wine Tasting – Tour De France

$45++ per person
Join us for a tasting of wines from France as we follow the race! Start with sparkling crémant and then off to the Loire Valley, through Burgundy, Bordeaux and the Rhone, including the rough ride up the rocky Mt. Ventoux! Light presentation to discuss each wine, accompanied by small bites from Chef Guilly. Must call to make reservations, first call, first serve!

Light presentation to discuss each wine, accompanied by a 5-course, small plate dinner. This Tour will include dishes with classic influences from the best wine regions in France! Full menu will follow and be posted on the website, OpenTable and social media.

Houston Restaurant Weeks
August 1st through September 7th
We will be supporting the Cleverly Stone Foundation and the Houston Food Bank with special menus and pricing for the entire month of August. Come and try our specially curated prix fixe menu and wine offerings and support a good cause!
